The EXPED Typhoon 25 is a 100% waterproof, lightweight, and robust multi-functional backpack designed for a variety of activities including day hikes, short bike tours, and everyday use. Its roll-top closure provides reliable weatherproof protection and quick access to the main compartment, while the fully seam-taped liner can be turned inside out for easy cleaning and offers complete weather protection.

Crafted from durable, recycled 210D Robic HD ripstop nylon with a PU coating, the Typhoon 25 is abrasion and tear-resistant, boasting a 1500 mm water column rating. The lining is made from recycled 150D polyester with a 3000 mm water column rating. Comfort is ensured by a lightly padded mesh back panel, ergonomically shaped shoulder straps, and a removable hip belt strap.

For convenient organization, the pack features a zippered front pocket for small items, mesh side pockets suitable for water bottles, and a pole holder or daisy chains for external gear attachment. Weighing just under 1 lb (approximately 450g) and offering a 25-liter capacity, it is both light and spacious enough for essentials.

In line with EXPED's commitment to sustainability, the Typhoon 25 is PFAS-free, utilizes bluesign® approved materials, and incorporates recycled content. It also includes two rolltop closure options: the classic 'drybag' roll or fastened via clips to hidden side straps for a cleaner look.
